People have election right, not only can vote, but also have right to check and count ballots. Every legal ballot matters.

We very much need a new law, to verification each ballot by independent local people.

By this law, we local people will entrust 11-12 grade high school students , college students and some local people to check every ballot by hand, and independently declare the election results.
